If you made an E25 or another of the lightest Harrys it should be possible to retro fit the addition of foils on later.
No need to specialize in a fixed - foil or not foil - type.
I think Rob said he had a slip on T section on to existing rudders, removeable?
The rudders and brackets are already very strong.
Should not need extra support?
Would need both rudders LW hull down always. And the rudders like on E25 that turn round other way after shunt.
WW foil? Dunno.
