If it was me. I would make the crossbeams perfectly perpendicular to both hulls so that I could slide the hulls together while on the water and then slide the crossbeams out after loading on the trailer.  The process of deploying would be the reverse, slide the crossbeams through the hulls, put in the water and then separate the hulls.
