Although I've purchased Strike 15 plans, I'm beginning to realize that's not the right boat for me, and I'm wondering if you've given thought to updating Elementarry with your flat-panel construction technique and the new rudders? Also, could the design be altered to allow creation of a simple cupola crew shelter?

So, trailerable, folding vs demountable, but with an emphasis on being light, so that it could be assembled by one or two on the beach. Or, by using those nifty expandable trailer racks that are seen on the website.

Something like the Norseboat rig (without the jib). Allows the hoops for the boom and the mainsail full-battens to be placed over the lower 1/3d of the mast, while the upper 2/3rds can be then installed by one person standing on the deck.

Mea Culpa, just getting used to the site. I found "Harriette" and the foam core/flat panel 30footer. I will digest some of that before requesting you answer the above, Rob. Thanks for your willingness to respond to previous quires, don't want to wear out my welcome.
I've realized that a gooseneck main requires the use of a traveler, whereas bonding the boom to the mast does not. This dramatically simplifies fit-out and hardware requirements. Understandably, the hoops of the Norseboat rig are a non-starter.
Let me cogitate and I'll peruse the site some more before making requests again...
