I have been checking out boat widths for monohull marina berths and found that if I could get my 15m 10m harry to collapse to 4.25 , then it will fit. This leaves 550mm bury in the ww hull for 6.7m sailing beam. 700mm might be a bit less stressed, giving 6.55 m sailing beam. That should still be heaps for a cruiser. It also allows it to be more easily hauled out of the water
